Day 5: Adios Barcelona, Bonjour Paris

We left Barcelona early Friday morning, taking the EuroRail to Paris. It was a six hour train ride, which felt longer than any of the flights we had taken on our way here. Needless to say, we were glad to get that out of the way.

After Scott’s arrival, we walked around Paris and met up with some of his friends for drinks. Which translates into lots and lots of fantastic wine. They had lived or were living in Paris now, so conversation included lots of questions and suggestions on how to best spend our time here. Day 5 ended the morning of Day 6, finally crashing into our apartment at 6am. The best welcome to Paris.
